To reserve a Maine Coon kitten, a $1,000 deposit is required. Kittens must be paid in full by 12 weeks of age, at which point they will be ready to join their forever homes. All kittens must be picked up by the scheduled "go-home" date, typically at 12 weeks of age.

Please note that we do not sell cats or kittens with breeding rights. The remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of pickup.

We are currently at capacity with kittens and cannot board your kitten beyond their pickup date free of charge for any reason. If your kitten is not picked up within 5 days of the scheduled pickup date, one of the following will occur:

• The kitten may be relisted as available to other approved adopters, and any deposit or fees paid will be forfeited,
  or 
• A boarding fee of $50 per day will be charged for each additional day past the 5-day grace period.
   

For kittens under 12 weeks of age, deposits are accepted to secure your choice. If you are interested in an older kitten that is ready to go home immediately, no deposit is required if you can pick up the kitten within 1–2 days. However, if you need us to hold the kitten longer than two days, a deposit will be required.

This policy ensures we can accommodate all serious adopters and protects our litters from being held unnecessarily.

We currently do not maintain a traditional "rolling" waitlist. While no deposit is required to express interest, we do ask that you complete and submit our Maine Coon kitten application to be considered for upcoming litters.

Once your application is approved, you'll be added to our interest list and contacted when kittens become available that match your preferences (such as color or gender).

Because we are a small, home-based cattery and carefully plan each litter, availability can be limited — and wait times will vary depending on the specific traits you're hoping for. Many prospective families prefer to wait for just the right kitten, and we’re happy to help guide you in that process.

We prioritize matching kittens with the most suitable homes, rather than operating a strict first-come, first-served system. This ensures that each kitten is placed thoughtfully and responsibly.
