5. Kitten Beds:

Provide a soft, washable bed or donut-style nest. Kittens appreciate a quiet space for naps and comfort.

Maine Coons love height and stability. Start with a sturdy, low tree, then upgrade as they grow. Look for scratch posts integrated into the design.

HOME SAFETY

Kittens are naturally curious and will explore every surface, shelf, and corner of your home. Before bringing your new kitten home, please remove or secure the following items to create a safe environment: Items to Put Away or Secure

• Candles (lit or unlit) – kittens can burn themselves or knock them over

• Wax warmers and essential oil diffusers – many oils are toxic to cats

• Small cords and charging cables – risk of chewing and electrical shock

• Breakable items like glass, ceramics, or décor that can be knocked over

• String-like objects (ribbons, yarn, hair ties) – ingestion can be life-threatening

• Human medications, supplements, and cleaners
